Sorry if this seems TMI, but I do think that the woman's body is so interesting and I am interested in the differences in our Af's especially since we all have the TTCAL thing in common. [Poll]
Mine is so light, usually 3-4 days or less...it makes me worry. I used to consider myself lucky-I've never had cramps ever in my life, and I never need more than a slender regular tampon or a light pad, sometimes just a pantiliner. I change tampons religiously every four hours because of TSS but I probably could get by on one or two a day.
I'm not sure if this is a good thing or if it means there is something wrong with my lining.

This is me too!! I don't use tampons and I change my pad every few hours but could probably use only 2 a day and be fine. I never considered there could be an issue with my lining though? Hmm?

Glad I'm not alone! I don't know if it has to do with lining it just seems like the logical connection, right? I hope not. I'm chugging Pom juice like nobody's business but so far haven't noticed a difference.
Oh well, at least we have no cramps, and you have a beautiful daughter so it can't be that bad!

Mine lasts anywhere from 3-5 days, depending on if its a natural AF or if it was brought on by Provera. I start with cramps and spotting then a heavy flow that gradually tapers off to a light spotting. Its definitely worse when I have to take Provera.

You know everyone told me to watch out because my cycle would be completely different after delivering DD...but it went right back to what itwas before. THANK GOG because I have ZERO tolerance for pain and me and cramps we just don't get along!

I picked your 6-7 day option, but it isn't an exact match. I'm usually 6-7 days. Start light, heavy in the middle, light at the end.

I put ss b/c mine is 3-4 days and starts out heavy immediately and then is light/med the next day and then goes to light.spotting the next 2 days. Of course, maybe I should qualify "heavy". Heavy for me still only means that I use a lite tampon, but I have to change it fairly often. When I was on the pill it was light all 3-4 days.
