My little guy has just learned to roll and apparently loves to practice in his crib in the middle of the night ultimately waking himself up. He cries because he gets stuck on his tummy, so I have to go turn him over. We go through this several times a night and it is so frustrating. I have resorted to putting him back in his RNP just so we can all get some rest, but I hate it because he was doing so well in his crib prior to rolling. What can I do to keep my LO from rolling while asleep... if anything?
Re: Rolling while asleep
The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before. The woman existed, but the mother, never. A mother is something absolutely new.
My Ds is doing this too! The other night I spent from 1a.m.-4a.m. rollling him back over to his back! It is very frustrating! But last night he didn't do it at all! I am just trying to keep him in the crib though. My Ds used to sleep in the RnP too!?
I have been putting him on his tummy all day in hopes that he will learn how to roll from tummy to back! Good Luck! ?
Our little guy cried the first few times too. Then he got to where he would move around for a little bit and go to sleep on his tummy. Our pedi said that we could leave him that way if he was happy.
He still hasn't mastered rolling front to back but at least he is happy on his tummy.
