Have you sent your Christmas/holiday cards out yet?

I am putting them in the mail today. They are horrible. I got them from Walgreens and they cut off part of the card (luckily the great picture of Kate is all there!). In the bottom right hand corner, it says "2010" and the last zero is almost halfway cut off and the bottom of the numbers is cut off. Even my laid back H said we need to complain and get something else. I just don't have the time, so out the door they go...

Ugh sorry you had such a bad experience! People will be looking at y Kate's cute face anyway. We got ours at Costco this year with the help of one of the greatest friends ever

Ours just went out yesterday so I am not far ahead of you. Normally I have them out the weekend after Thanksgiving. I am slacking big time this year.

Sorry yours turned out so bad! I ordered mine from Walgreens and sent them out 2 weeks ago. Ours turned out fine though. I didn't want to spend a lot of $ (since we send out 60 cards) and I wanted them fast.

UGGG that sucks. The perfectionist in me would be going crazy about it but the procrastinator in me would definitely send them out. Agree with the others everyone will be looking at Katie's face:) and how cute she is.

I'm so old school that I don't feel it's worth sending them if you don't at least write something personal to the recipient. (It's one of my pet peeves but I will spare you my diatribe about that.)

So what do I do? I send them about once every three years..if that. Keeps people guessing. At least that's what I tell myself.

I sent them out last year so...you know what that means for the next few years!

Ours will go out tomorrow or Friday. Usually they go out much earlier but the photographer is just now dropping them off this morning.

That sucks. I agree with PP's that you still need to complain. That's not right.

Twice my FB status has been that we've had to abandon our Christmas photo - once thanks to Pink Eye. Once thanks to Sam freaking out and screaming and crying. We are making attempt #3 tomorrow. If the photo is another fail, the cards are going out sans picture.

I have in the past got them Walgreen's and never had a problem, I would complain. I sent out the out of town/country cards 2 weeks ago and sending out the ones that are local tomorrow. I got our cards from Costco this year and not only are they better but it worked out cheaper too!

I sent ours out but they're just regular non picture cards. I did however come across last years filled out and addressed cards in a chrismtas box. apparently I was too lazy to get stamps and they never went out last year Embarrassed

Mine went out yesterday. I'm surprised I got them out that early, to be honest. But truly, I don't think there's anything wrong with sending them at this date.......mail shouldn't honestly take more than 2-3 days max, so the sentiment definitely gets there in time!

I'm with the others, you should complain to Walgreen's about the quality. If nothing else, since you are sending them anyhow, they should refund the price.

I have mine all ready to go except for a few that need addresses that I am waiting on from my H. I will send most of them tomorrow, and I am waiting on some more stamps that I ordered from the USPS for the rest

Ugh, miller, that stinks! Sorry you did not receive the quality you were expecting from Wallgreens. I would definitely speak to the photo manager!

DH is buying our stamps and sending our cards out today. I just received them from Shutterfly yesterday, and I worked on addressing them all last night! I am pleased with the results.
