I always assume Caroline's eyes would turn green like mine, since green is dominant over blue. But at almost 1 year her eyes are still bright blue. Did anyone's older LO eyes turn after a year?

I think MOST babies eyes are settled by 1 year. I was told that by an eye doctor when I took Aaron there just after he turned one (for nonstop tearing). But my cousin Jennifer's eyes went from blue at 18 months to hazel by the time she turned 2. So I guess Caroline's eyes could change... but they could remain blue. Even if green is dominant, it doesn't mean the recessive blue won't stick around forever.
Aaron's eyes went from blue to blueish-gray at 9 months and then to hazel (gray-green-light brown) by 1 year. DH thinks they'll turn brown but I think they'll stay as they are. At least I hope so, since they're the same color as my late grandfather's (Aaron) and it would be nice if his eyes are the same as his namesake's.
Delaney started out with a deep blue, and they are now kinda of a grayish blue. DH's eyes are brown and mine are a green-hazel (although DH says my eyes are gray). I definitely don't think they'll turn brown, but they won't be blue either.
FWIW - my nephew was born with bright blue eyes. Took after his mother. They stayed that bright blue for years - he's 11 now and over the past few years they have started turning more of a green-hazel. So, based on that I think Caroline's can still change.

I have no idea when eye color is set, but M had slate gray eyes at birth and they've been the same bluey green that I have since he was about 6 months.
Stella's went from dark blue at birth to lighter blue by the time she was one. They didn't change any more after she turned one, but I have heard it's possible.
DH and I both have brown eyes, and 3 out of 4 of the grandparents have brown eyes, and S still ended up with blue eyes. I think the recessive genes are sometimes stronger than they think
Adrian's were dark blue at birth (which I think is common in newborns) and then quickly went to hazel. They're still hazel, like my DH's eyes, which look olive green in sunlight (or when wearing a green shirt) or light brown when it's darker (or wearing a brown shirt, lol). I swear they change colors, which is so pretty. Mine are a boring brown, so I hope A's eyes stay hazel.
