dizziness

I have been feeling really dizzy today off/on - this is a new thing for me. I know some dizziness is normal with pregnancy - I am sitting/lying down now and still feeling quite dizzy. Not sure that this is something I need to call doc about - thoughts?

    You could be dehydrated or your blood sugar is low. Have you eaten recently?

    hmmmmmmm do you normally have low blood pressure? This can cause some dizziness in pregnancy because of the extra blood we have to produce to help baby grow. I'd call to be safe and check your BP levels too!

    I got dizzy last night at my first La Leche meeting. It was weird bc I was sitting down. I just felt really tired. But since I was already at the meeting, I didn't want to leave early. At the break, I stood and that helped (which seems all wrong to me! Dizzy while sitting?? Better while standing???). I chalked it up to being tired and maybe weird pressure on a back from the folding chair.
