Am I being paranoid?

in Toddlers: 12 - 24 Months
It seems since my sons 1 year appt he is constantly tired. At that appt they told me his gums were swollen & he would be cutting molars soon. The last 2 wks he has not been himself. Naps off, getting up at night, cranky. I did notice he cut one molar & the others about to pop. I am worried he is so tired. Am I being oaranoid?

    yes a little. I can't help to think something is wrong.  I am also thinking a possible milk allergy.

    My DD is totally off when she's cutting teeth. She's cutting her last 2-year molar right now and pretty much refusing food and skipping naps. Do you give him Motrin/Tylenol? That usually helps DD relax a little.

    Yes doing motrin and tylenol. He is always tired it seems and like he gets up throughout the night and restless. I have been putting him in bed with us which I know I shouldn't do. He took a 2.5 hour nap today woke up at 5:15 and still seems exhausted
