If you could have an endless supply of any food, what would you get? Oh no, I can't answer this one. I LOVE LOVE LOVE to cook so there is not just one food that I couldn't live without. A staple that must always be in my house, however, is pasta. Any kind, it doesn't matter. There is an endless array of things to make with pasta!!
Tell us about a unique or quirky habit of yours. Well, I have several, but one in particular is keeping a clean and organized refrigerator. Everything has its place and if someone (DH in particular) puts anything in there the wrong way it just throws off my whole day =/
What is one goal you?d like to accomplish during your lifetime? To finish the stupid remodel we started on our damn house!! Crossing my fingers to have it done by February!!!

Tell us about a unique or quirky habit of yours. I paint my fingernails probably 3 times a week. Even if it's just clear polish, I can't stand it chipping away!
What is one goal you?d like to accomplish during your lifetime? I'd really like to travel on one great vacation each year with my family. I was well traveled as a kid a hope to be lucky enough to afford and have the flexibility to do the same with my kids, too.

What is one goal you?d like to accomplish during your lifetime? I would like the opportunity to work with pediatric cancer patients and their families. Hopefully I will get accepted into the master's program this year at PSU (cross your fingers) and then I may actually have this opportunity in my future.
