I am roasting a whole chicken with some rotisserie spice rub on it, and baking potatoes. ?Will probably steam some broccoli too. ?It smells sooo yummy!
Ravioli lasagna, some sort of vegetable, w/ garlic bread.
yum! how would one go about making ravioli lasagna!?
for the sake of simplicity dd and I are throwing some quorns " chicken" nuggets and fries in the oven and having a nice big salad to go with it.
Cook cheese ravioli as directed on the package and brown your hamburger, combine with favorite spagetti sauce. For simplicity sake, I then combine ravioli and hamburger mixture in one pot then pour into pan. (You can do layers like you would for lasagna with the ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, but I don't like the ricotta cheese in it so I leave it out.) I just top my hamburger/ravioli mixture with mozzarella cheese. Toss in the oven until cheese is melted and bubbly. (350* approx 35-45 minutes.)

sounds so good (minus the hamburger for the vegetarian!). I think I'll have to make that for dinner sometime next week, thank you!

We would have a Pho style soup for breakfast in Cambodia. Toss in lots of coriander, mint and scallions...mmmm mmmm I love that soup. One restaurant in Siem Reap called the Soup Dragon made the best Pho I've ever had. I'd love to go back if I could,
We're probably having homemade pasta with marinara and garlic bread. Sort of boring but I'm not really in the mood for making too much.
I am feeling like pho tonight (vietnamese noodle and beef soup), we haven't had it in a long time and it is delicious, especially on a cold night.
i LOVE PHO!
I know, I miss the pho back in CA, but the ones in AZ will have to do. Ha!
I love pho too! My SIL is from Laos, and cooks the best Vietnamese food. She makes it all homemade too, including the broth.
That sounds delicious! i've never had homemade Pho. They are pretty good in a city close by though since it's a lot of asians. I always have to order eggrolls with the soup. mmmm this is making me want this for dinner instead of my enchiladas!
Re: What's for dinner?
Your siggy is TOO cute! Were your LO's born on the same day exactly a year apart??? Happy Birthday to them!!!!
