  Do you have the store "Five Below" near you?  They have tons of ideas, with everything under 5$.

  I don't know if the shipping costs would defeat the purpose, but Archie McPhee has some really off beat stuff.Bacon band aids and funky thingslike that.

  CVS & Walgreens always have cheesy Christmas decorations.  We had  a $10 limit, and I got a Christmas jukebox ornament that lights up and plays Michael Jackson songs at CVS.
