Nursery help

I'm still looking for the perfect idea for Krista's nursery.  I'm not planning on buying a bedding set, but rather am looking for printed sheets.  I'm not into pink at all but don't mind it as an accent.  With that in mind, here's what I have so far.  Thoughts?

Sundae sheet

Lauren sheet - I'd probably get the crib skirt too to make it more feminine

Plum Dandy sheet - love the color scheme and paint color options

Re: Nursery help

  • They are all very cool and unique. Do you have a theme in mind for the decor?  That might help me pick...

  • I think I like the 3rd best, the other two I'm just meh about.

Not really.  Feminine and not pink...how's that?! Smile

I think the first one is the most interesting.  I would be very tempted to copy those butterflies for some wall art.  The other two are more subtle, but also really nice.  I don't think you can go wrong!

  • I like #1 and #2, but #3 is a little meh for me for some reason.
  • I'm gonna go against the flow and choose #3.  I think that it's a really good backdrop for some more color.  With that sheet, I would do the walls in that aqua color and then use the dark magenta for drapery inspiration.  I'd freehand some yellow flower decals on the wall, put her name in the mauve color (if you like that, or use that color for the inspiration for artwork) and then do white furniture (though it would also look really good with a dark cherry).
  • I love #1, but those are the color combinations in our gender neutral nursery.  Ditto pp about the butterfly wall art. That would be adorable!
  • I like 1 or 3.  1 is more vibrant, would be fun for decor.  3 is more subtle sweet, but the limeish green walls would be pretty.  I don't like 2.
  • I love the first one; really good. Why don?t you even have a look at the collection at aBaby.com? Their assortment of baby bedding sheets is ample and varied. I love the organic ones that they have. With a wide choice of fabric, I chose the cotton ones over the satin ones. Their personalized idea of baby bedding sheets also looks good and can be tried.
