S/O Registry Post On Old Baby Board

I think the registry question on the old baby board has gotten lost because of the shuffle but I would love to know the answers to the posters question! When did you register? I believe a few have posted answers on the old board but not many!!

 

And a spin off of that post?where did you register at? I know the usual BRU, Target and/or Walmart?any other?s?

    I started my registries online at about 16 weeks. ?We went to BRU at about 23 weeks and did Target a couple of weeks later. ?I registered online at Pottery Barn Kids for just a few items because I knew a few people would want to buy from there. ?Never actually went into the store though. ?Good luck!

    I registered right after I found out we were having a boy. It was kind of pointless to do it so early....but I was excited!

    I registered at BRU and Target. I'm scared about return policies for both, but hopefully I won't have to deal with any returns!

    We did BRU and Target too. Target's policies have changed since my shower. It was a hassle then and it's practically impossible now. I had to find like items in that department because I had no gift receipt. Store credit wasn't an option. I registered online for BRU (because Topeka didn't have a BRU yet; they do now!) and in store for Target just after we found out what we were having.

    I started online registries at Target and BRU early on, I think it was 16 weeks or maybe even sooner. I just added basic items like the Boppy, bouncers and other items that I knew we would use all the time. Slowly I added more as I thought of things and after finding out the sex of both babies dh and I went to both stores and added. I like BRU much better, Target has so much online, but almost all of it you can only buy online. I didnt want to add those items since I know most the people who would buy for us prefer shopping and seeing things in store first.

    We're registered at BRU & Target; did most of the registering for both online and have been to BRU 2-3x to research & add additional things. I think I may have started making the registries around 20 wks, but had a note on both that they were works in progress until we narrowed down our final choices on things like car seats & strollers.


    I also have a small list on Amazon that's mostly books. But that's more of a list for us to remember which books I love and want to get for the baby rather than something that others will be shopping from. I also have a couple of parenting books on there, inc. The Rookie Mom's Handbook, which I saw rec'd on a pg blog and looks really neat.
