You all know the dramas I've had with getting daycare places for the boys - even though we applied everywhere when I very first found out I was pregnant, it's been impossible to get 5 days a week at a daycare for twins. The best we've been able to get is just 2 days a week (Monday and Tuesday - MIL watches them on Wednesday).

Well, today I stopped in at the center to pick up some paperwork, and they told me that they'd had some cancellations and they could offer us Thursdays as well! Still not full time, but 3 days is obviously better than only 2.

I'm not sure what we'll do if we can't get at least one more day at the center (probably have to ask MIL to watch them for an additional day until we can get places), but I'm SO relieved that at least now the majority of days will be covered!

Even better, since we don't need the Thursday until I go back to work full time in May, they offered to hold it for us but not actually charge us until we start using it. Yippee!

    I know, I was so surprised! When she said they had it available I immediately offered to take it and pay until we started using it, but she just waved her hand and said, "Oh it's ok, we'll just hold it for you and won't charge you until you need it." I wasn't about to say no to that lol!

     I wouldn't say no to that either! That's great that you've got 3 days covered! That's more than 50% so you are heading in the right direction, maybe they'll pull through and you'll get the rest of them or maybe they'll love the boys so much that they'll find an opening!
