he claims to not like the "flow" of it. whatever in the hell that's supposed to mean. And he has an argument that the living room is "just a big space in the middle of other things" (??!!) Also in his defense, it's listed as a 4 bedroom, but there is clearly only 3. He needs a room for his "office", especially since he'll soon be running the family business out of our place.
