  I think your ovaries stay huge for a while.  I wasn't PG, and it hurt for a while after.  They were just so big that it pulled the ligaments, etc a lot.

  Have you mentioned your pain to your RE?  They can look to see if you have cysts or something else on your ovaries that would be causing you pain, which is very possible since you did IVF.  Just because you got pg, doesn't mean that this can't happen.  GL!

  This. Mine hurt for awhile after my BFP. They'll get better as they shrink back to normal size.

  This.  I had a ton of sharp pain on my left side and i was terrified that it was another ectopic but it was just swollen from the stims.  It went away by 8 weeks or so.

  It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

  Married to the Mr. 8/6/2008- Together 10+ TTC #2 R/X unexplained infertility/premature ovarian failure/diminished ovarian reserve
  FSH (16) AMH (.61) AFC (9)
  Male factor: low sperm count/ low motility
  IVF #1 11/10 brought us DS Stimming for IVF #2 begin 11/5/11 AFC (7) =( Protocol: Lurpon flare (2 days) + Lupron 10ml/Menopur 4 vials (AM) Lupron 10ml/300IU Gonal-F PM (converted to IUI) failed IVF 2.1 1/12 BFP!

  I have this as well -- we went for our first u/s yesterday and I had LOTS of eggs still growing, thanks to all the stimulation drugs.  My RE said this is normal, and that they should slowly dissipate.  She said it's common with the fertility drugs...
