New mom & Pregnant again

Hi everyone. I'm a mom to 2 boys. 9 & 9 months. We just found out we're pregnant again. We're keeping our fingers crossed that this is a good pregnancy. I'm on blood thinners from my last delivery. They discovered 3 blood clots in my lungs. This pregnancy is a huge surprise for us. I'm on a high dose of coumidin and now i have to be weaned from that on to Lovenox. Has anyone else gone through anything similar? Would love some advice.

    Congratulations on the new pg!  I was on Lovenox throughout my last pregnancy due to a prior PE.  The shots were really not that bad.  If you get the right angle on the needle, you barely feel it and it won't bruise.  If you go over to the High Risk board, there are quite a few other Lovenox girls over there.
