Help out a DC Mommy...

I'm coming to West Palm Beach with my two year old to stay with my fantastic, wonderful in-laws for ten days. It will be kind of a packed house because my SIL/BIL and her two boys (1 and 3) will also be there (that's how we like it, though, everyone packed in loud, fun, crazy-ness). To add to that my husband's cousins will be in Boca with their kids (6, 4, 4, and 2). My husband and I are looking for fun, easy, kid-friendly activities for us to take our daughter to during the day. Bonus points if you think all the kids would like it.

So, what kinds of activities can you rec in the West Palm/Boca areas (zoos, etc.)?? Thank you so much!

  • Palm Beach Zoo (small, but fun for young kids), Lion Country Safari, A Latte fun (indoor playground), Sugar Sands Park, Playtown Cafe. Everything I listed is great for kids of all ages...plus you are less than a 3hr drive to Orlando. Enjoy your trip!

  • Thanks for your reply! I'll look into all of those places!
  • I'm not familiar with the area, as I'm a lot further south.  However, wanted to wish you a great trip.  Sounds like a lot of fun, especially for the kids.  I would also recommend the Orlando area as there are a ton of different parks to visit there, especially since you will be here for an extended period... and like pp said, it is less than 3 hrs away.

  • Thanks so much! Its always a great trip. I think we're going to save Orlando for when our kiddo is a bit older. Don't worry, though, I'll be back asking for advice for that one of these days, too! Smile
