We tried, Nuby, Munchkin and Tomme Tippee, along with the replacement sippy tops for our Born Free Bottles. He refuses them all, turns his head, seals his lips...
Who else isn't on the sippy cup train?

Z is 11 months old and won't take a sippy. It's so frustrating to me because my oldest took one at 6 months and my middle son took one at 9 months. I'm concerned part of the reason he won't take one is because of his tongue. He had his tongue tie surgically severed about a month ago. (As in, they had to use a laser to cut his tongue, it was pretty severe.) He still has the heart shaped tongue though. So I don't know. I offer a sippy a couple times a week...I don't want to over whelm him by offering it every day or only offering the sippy and then him not drink anything ever. So for now I am sticking with the bottle. We'll discuss all of this at his 1 year appointment next month.
DD refuses!! I tried the spouts that she can bite but mostly she just takes it from me and then throws it! LOL Oh well hopefully they will get the hang of it in the next 2 months!
Yup, Isaiah throws them too haha I think the "faster" flow freaks him out, it fills his mouth so quick when he bites it and then he is over it after a couple sips... I saw the tomme tippee "sport straw top" ot looks like a bottle almost... I don't know, I guess we will visit at 1 also!

Mine doesn't have the tip concept down yet and he bites it! We bought him one with a straw and he got milk out of it once or twice this weekend. I think we'll stick with that one and see if he can figure it out long term.
Urijah will either bite the tip or just toss it around like its a toy. His pedi asked me about it this past Friday, but didn't seem concerned that he's not interested. "Some toddlers take a little longer to grasp the concept."
