I hear people saying it should be done between 18-20w.
I'm 20w now and my Dr. said I wouldn't have the Anatomy Scan until I was 22w. I did have one when I was 14w so she said I didn't need one until I was 22w. Everything did look great at the 14w ultrasound. She actually emptied her bladder. I also had an elective gender reveal done at 17w2d and she looked great. I was able to see her pearl-like-spine and even her rib cage.
I was just wondering if it was normal to have the Anatomy Scan at 22w.

20 weeks is more of an average. 22 is perfectly fine. I had one at 18 and had to go back at 22 because baby was too small/not positioned well enough to check everything. I've heard of some people not getting them til 24 weeks too.
Agreed, it's not like the NT where it needs to be done in a very specific time frame.
They'll get great measurements at that point, the further along you are, the easier they can see everything.
