Question about my surgery

Okay I went Friday for a exploratory surgery due to abdominal pain.  They were looking at my uterus, ovaries and tubes.  They found a few things and I'm wondering more and more about some of it. So here is my questions...

 They found endometriosis on my ovaries, polyps on the uterus, scar tissue on uterus and my left ovary attached to my pelvic wall

I'm going back to talk to the doctor but I'm not sure what any of this means?  Any help would be appreciated.

    I had a lap in Sept and my doc found stage 3 endo, an ovarian tumor and adhesions (my left ovary and tube was stuck to the wall), so I feel your pain.  I'm not really sure what it all means either.  I got pg the cycle I had the surgery (but miscarried) so we know it's possible for me to get pg even with all those complications, but my doc wants me knocked up fast due to how quickly the endo showed up, so now I'm on meds to regulate my cycle and hopefully get me knocked up soon.  :)  GL to you!

    I had a laparoscopy in March and my dr found and removed endometriosis and uterine polyps.  Hopefully your dr can remove what was found!

    Thanks for the post...I guess I will have to have patience.  And yes the next step for us is Carolina Conception.  Have you been there?
