OPK Question please (+OPK menitoned)

I got a positive digital OPK today at noon (CD20)- My FIRST smiley face ever, it was SO pretty :), then at 4p.m. it was negative.  Does this mean I must have caught my +OPK on the tail end, I would assume?  How many hours does an OPK stay positive once you get your surge? 

 If this was the tail end of my surge, would you think that BD-ing last night would hold me over just fine through today b/c thats how it's turning out for today.  Not looking good for BD-ing tonight either...

    The + OPK means you should ovulate approx. 12-48 hours after.  If you BDed last night that would mean it would either be one or two days before ovulation.  Still good timing.  Maybe BD tomorrow just to make sure.

    Yay for smilies!  If you can't swing some FWP tonight, try for tomorrow.  Lots of people do EOD and get KU.  Some say that is better for sperm concentration anyway.

    Yep I am charting also.  No thermal shift yet.  97.6 the past 3 mornings...  DH gets home from work in about an hour and it's FWP time!
