Anyones LO still not crawling? Anyone come on in!

My LO is about toturn 8 months tomorrow! So exciting!

She is not crawling...she pushes herself backwards... and sometimes bounces...

She loves when I put her to stand and she can just hold onto something like the couch etc and play...

Should I be worried? any tips to help her crawl or should I just let it be...

I walked at 9 months old... I dont know if I crawled for long...

    DS still doesn't crawl and he is 10 months old. Just take a deep breath and let her do things on her time!

    She's still well within the normal range for crawling. Plus, crawling is no longer a milestone because not all babies crawl.

    Besides, what's the rush? Once she's mobile there's no going back! Enjoy it while it lasts LOL!

    DD scoots backwards, and has been rocking for a week.  Still no crawling though.  We will see!

    DD started crawling at 8.5 months.  Dont worry!

    DS doesn't crawl.  I don't think he will.  He just hates tummy time and will roll to his back as soon as he's put on his tummy.  He will roll to his tummy if he really wants a toy.  He will bounce but he doesn't get up on his hands unless to turn or roll.  He likes to stand and can stand for a while about 10 minutes.  He hasn't attempted taking steps unless he's standing on me.  Pedi isn't concerned with the lack of crawling, he even said that humans aren't made for crawling.  He was pleased with the standing.

    My DD is alomost 10 months and doesn't crawl. She just shows no intrest. Im not worried.

    My niece didn't start crawling til 11.5 months. 2 weeks later she started walking.

    DD started crawling right before ten months. We just found out she has low muscle tone which explains the delay. At 8 months I wouldn't be worried at all! Enjoy being able to put your kid in a place and having them stay while you can haha.

    DS is nearly 10 months and not crawling.  I'm not worried in the least.  He gets up on all fours and rocks and scoots backwards.  He gets around by combo of scooting and rolling just fine.  He's so darn heavy, that probably has something to do with it.  Seems the light, tiny kiddos roll, crawl and walk sooner.  I wouldn't worry.

    My DD didn't crawl until she was 10 months old.  

    It will happen, I promise.  :)

    DD will be 11 months next week & still doesn't crawl!  She hates being on her tummy!  She will just lay there screaming her head off if I put her on her tummy!  She stands all the time, it's all she wants to do!  She even cruises along the furniture.  She also doesn't pull herself up to a standing position.  No scooting on her bottom.  If she's laying down she doesn't even know how to get into a sitting position.  These things worry me, but the pedi said she will in time.  But I still worry!  LOL!  It's what parents do best I guess!  LOL!

    ds crawled 3 days before he turned 9 months....and he has been going all over the place since then. also, it wasn't very long after he crawled that he would pull himself up on things to get what he wanted.

    DS started crawling at exactly nine months. He got up on his hands and knees and rocked for weeks. I was sitting there expecting something to happen for, what seemed like, forever. All of a sudden he just took off across the room. Now there is no stopping him.

    9 months here and still no crawling or pulling up. I try not to worry!
