I usually post on the Novermber board but I have a BM question that I thought you ladies might be able to help me with.
DH and I went out to dinner last night so I brought a bottle of expressed BM in case LO got hungry. We weren?t gone long enough for a feeding so I just put it back in the refrigerator when we got home. I am not sure if I am going to give it to her because I don?t know if it is it ok to feed LO pumped BM that has been refrigerated, taken out for a few hours and not used so put back in the refrigerator? I have researched this and have gotten conflicting answers. Some say it is ok and others say that the BM should be thrown away. Does anyone know if it would be ok to use?
TIA

Re: BM refrigeration ?
BM is very resiliant. I've taken milk out for a while and put it back in the fridge. we never had a problem. As long as you didn't heat it up, I'm sure it fine. Even if you did heat it up you can still use it today.
