I like the Summer Sanders dvd. There's a different workout for each trimester. You'll need a resistance band with handles. I've tried a couple others, but that's the one I like the best.

I like "Prenatal Fitness Fix" with Erin O'Brien. I bought it in a set with a postpartum workout that I will try after the baby's born. It has a little bit of cardio, but I like it for the other stuff - squats, a few push-ups, lunges, and some muscle work on a mat. I run on the days I don't do it, so I was looking for something that had more muscle toning than cardio.

oh ty ty for the post. I was just talking to DH about how the dr said light yoga will help me stretch and get ready for my,hopefully, natural birth!!!
