mother's day out in galleria area?

I am new to the Uptown area and have two kids. A twenty four month old son and a three and a half yr old daughter.  My daughter is yearning for more interaction with kids and knowledge.  I am wanting to put her in a MDO program Tuesdays and Thursdays in January. I would love to know if any MDOs accept mid year kids and if any are out by 12:00pm - 12:30pm. Any input would be great.
