Anyone else have the infant to toddler rocker by Fisher Price? We got ours from Target. First, DS wants nothing to do with the darn thing. Second, why is it so ugly? I shouldve guessed by the box, I suppose, but now that I look at it... If I were a kid, I'd be bored too! The hanging toys are lame and super short, probably not even within his eye range. Weird. Wish I wouldve thought more and compared better... Ohhh well, maybe toddlerhood will bring a new love for it!
Re: infant to toddler rocker
we have this too. ds wasn't interested until recently. he likes the vibration and he checks out the toys now. maybe keep trying it and see if it grows on him!

DD has loved this from the start although I agree that the chair is ugly - I just put a blanket over it for now since I don't need the straps. Plus I think the blanket feels nicer on her skin. She naps in it sometimes, the vibrations seem to soothe her and when she had a cold we used it at night so that she was more upright (it helped her to breathe). Only recently has she cared much for the toys that hang.
DS loves to sleep in his.
and My friends' kids (ranging in age from 18 months to 3 years) love to sit in it and rock with the vibration on. it's hilarious to watch them.
So don't worry you'll probably get years of use out of it..
We do this too. It it the favorite item in this house, so much so that I need to buy another one for my parents house.
