Victoria's Secret Return Policy??

Last weekend, I did my much needed bra updating at VS.  Tried on the sample bras in my new (bigger!) size.  Picked out two and then the sales lady directed me to the correct drawers in the store where I could find the styles I picked out in their available colors.

One was their new Incredible bar which is truly incredible! SOO comfortable.  The other is the Body by Victoria Demi.  The sample I tried on was comfortable but the one I bought, not so comfortable.  I've already worn this uncomfortable bra once... but want to exchange it for a second Incredible bar.

Anyone know what their return policy is on exchanges like this? I don't return things often Embarrassed

    Thanks for the input on the bras - I need a new one! 

    I am not sure the return policy but if you have the receipt it will definitely be at the bottom of the receipt. I imagine their return policy is pretty reasonable given you've only purchased it in the past 15 days.

    Oh I know this one! Tags on with receipt and drivers license (in select regions for the dl) and you will easily be able to make the switch within 90 days of purchase.  Tags on dl and no receipt and you should also have no problem (the bras are comparably priced).  No tags b/c you took them off to try on? bring them anyway and ask to speak to a manager, they can make exceptions in these cases that the cashier can not but tend to back up their people on policy issues so speak to the manager before you get to the register.  If the tags are off just be polite and they may be able to do it for you but these decisions do vary between managers and district managers and the written policy is to no accept returns or exchanges without tags due to public health concerns.

    If they didnt have such wonderful bras, I would REFUSE to shop there!!

    I bought a shirt last summer without trying it on... I know, my bad!

    I take it home, try it on and the top was WAY too low cut and revealing for my then small chest so I decided to return it..... Even tho it had been 3 days, and I had the receipt, they wouldnt accept my return because I had taken the tag off.... which let me add, had a tiny little safety pin attaching it to the top of the shirt!!! It wasnt even a normal tag!!! I was soooo mad....

    Soo, I stormed off... Got the bright idea to re-attach the safety pin tag to the shirt, went back the next day, and the other lady let me return it, making the comment of "oh good, the tag is still attached!"

    What a joke!

    I worked at VS for 4 years in college.  It will totally depend on the VS you go to, and what manager you speak with.  We were always pretty generous with exchanges, it's very obvious if someone wore a bra once versus everyday for a month!  If you still have the tag, just bring it in with the receipt and explain why you want to exchange it.  I would be very surprised if they did not let you exchange it.  Good luck!
