Started physical therapy today

Am excited to get moving some more. But am nervous because I am sore and it is going to be hard. It will be hardest training my brain to know that doing most things will make me good sore and not bad sore. ::sigh:: I just need to get started, oh and pay my stupid deductible... $ 1 ,000 is not something that we wanted to drop when we just bought a house...lol Oh and other good medical news. We found out today that insurance is paying for a big bill medicine. We had budgeted that we would have to pay, so I guess that's some extra money back into the budget. Yay!

    I'm so happy for you. Will you be doing any aqua therapy? That was amazing for me while insurance covered it.

    Thanks ladies, and mama sas, yes, 1 day aqua a week, one day on land a week. I know aqua feels the best for me, so I am excited about that!
