Anyone else making Christmas goodies?
BMenz, I am sure you are! I have no doubt you will post pics and make us drool.
I got ingredients on my lunch today, here's my lineup:
-Oreo Truffles
-Easy fudge (only three ingredients people, you want the recipe, I will share)
-Peppermint cream cheese candies
-Frosted sugar cookies
-Chocolate peppermint pinwheel cookies
-Coconut cranberry bar cookies
-possibly making Gingersnaps (we'll see if I have the energy)
Anyone else doing some baking this weekend?

This week I made several batches of sugar cookies (which morphed in the oven into mutants... no idea why) gingerbread men, chocolate chip cookies and brownies.
I'd love your recipes for the Easy Fudge and Oreo truffles!!! (I think my brothers would pass out if they saw oreo truffles.
Ok ladies here you go:
Oreo Truffles:

Cream cheese mints:

And easy three ingredient fudge:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg semisweet chocolate chips
1 square of bittersweet or unsweetened chocolate
Mix all ingredients on low to medium heat in a saucepan until smooth. Pour into a greased Pyrex dish and refrigerate until hardened. Cut into squares and enjoy! So easy!!!
I made sugar cookies last night and a marshmallow square and took it to the guys at work. They loved it! I plan on making more for when my parents come.
Oreo truffles? Those sound amazing!

I'm having friends over for a "wine" party tonight, so I'm going to make apple dumplings (they're on the Pioneer Woman site).
They don't necessarily go with wine, but everybody is always impressed by them.
