I really really really sucked this week. NOTHING to report. I've been so busy though we school and work....I seriously suck. I need to get my motivation back seriously.

I did okay, but not as good as I would have liked. I worked out 3 days this week. I did cardio all three days & weights once. I definitely still plan to hit the gym tomorrow after work assuming I am feeling well enough for it.

What kind of cardio are you doing?
July 20th, 2012: Never forget the day the fb douchebags tried so hard, but ultimately failed. Viva la October 2011! Yeah, I called you douchebags.

Absolutely none. Unless you count the endless circles I walk around my classroom... although, it isn't exactly fast enough to raise my heart rate! I have high hopes of getting back to yoga next week... I've just been LAZY!
Nothing here either.... and I've already found myself "allowing" myself more food based on the pregnancy. Stupid, I know.... I've got to get my head in the game!!!

Two of those days I rode the recumbent bike I have at home for an hour. And one day I went to the gym & walked on the treadmill for 45 mins. For now, I have been keeping my HR under/at 140 until I talk to the nurse on Tuesday.
I only did ok. 3 light 20 minute workouts. But I just recieved Lindsey Brin's Complete Pregnancy DVD's that I plan to test out this weekend. I think part of my problem is I'm bored with the same ol' workouts. Some change might help!
I walked for an hour Sunday, Monday, and Thursday. I am going to go for another one in the morning. I would love to run but my HR skyrockets when I run so I am taking a break for now.
Oh yeah... exercise, I kind of forgot about that this week. We are moving this weekend though so things have been really crazy around here. I'm hoping that after we move this weekend I can get into a better routine.

I suck. I didn't exercise at all this week. Thanks to DD cutting a tooth (which finally broke through today, yay!) I hardly got any sleep for the past 4 nights and was completely exhausted. On the off chance that I got her to nap, I used that time to catch up on sleep myself rather than workout. As of last night, she seems to be back on her regular sleeping/napping schedule and I'm well rested again so I'm hoping next week will be better for me exercise-wise. I also just signed up for a prenatal yoga class so I can't wait for that to start!
I did nothing this week because of the spotting... but we had an u/s yesterday and doctor didnt see any reason for me not to do some exercise etc.. so im off to the treadmill here in a bit

I did an eliptical one day, treadmill one day, and then today I did my first ever spin class...yowsers! The spin class was intense, but I just didn't put the resistance up too high!

I did 20 min on the eliptical machine on Tuesday and then a 20 min cardio/strength training video I found On Demand on Saturday. My goal for this week is 3 times.
Anyone know what our target heart rate should be, or at least what to not go over when exercising? I know that we also shouldn't raise our body temp too much at this point bc of all the organ development. I just feel so much better when I actually do something!
I'm going to try a yoga class up the street tomorrow. It's just a women's yoga and I think I can adapt if anything seems detrimental to pregnancy. I feel a little wierd joining a prenatal class at only 6 weeks, but that's my own superstition
