I want to get DS a doll / toy that has buckles, zippers, velcro, buttons, laces, etc. I saw the turtle but it only has buckles and zippers. Any other faves out there?
Learn to Dress Jake Doll- Jake is a15-inch plush doll that features 10-learn-to-dress activities. Removable clothes, hook-and-loop closure, snap, lace, buckle, tie and more! Soft and cuddly body. Includes play accessories that stick to his hands.
It won't have all of that, but your LO might like a latch board. Just google it and check them out. Doug & Melissa makes a good one. We'll be getting it for DD and I'm probably going to make her one with stuff from the hardware store if she really likes it.

This is what I was going to suggest as well. I think the Melissa & Doug ones are around $20. They sell them at TRU.

Ditto this! ?My parents have one at their house, and DS loves to play with it. ?

DD was just playing with a Melissa and Doug latch board at the Dr.s office today. She loved it and now I think we need one. As for the doll, I haven't looked for one, but I did have one growing up.
