I almost fell while wearing Grady at Target today Sad We were in there doing a little bit of shopping and I had him in the Moby when we boot slipped and I almost went down. Thankfully, since he was in the Moby he was strapped on nice and snug and barely even wiggled around. I was in tears, thinking "what if I fell on him" and just imaging the worst. I felt so guilty. It was terrible. Grady wasn't fazed at all, though, and that's the important thing. Thank God!

 

I won't be wearing my boots while wearing him anymore. I thought they'd be fine because the sole is ridged and I haven't had slipping issue in them before but it's not worth it.

 

Man! I'm still shaken up nearly three hours later.

    I nearly fell down the stairs holding Anne in her carrier when she was a few weeks old because I was wearing flip flops with not traction on the soles.  It was so scary.

    Luckily I caught myself with my free hand on the banister and I never let go of her carrier.  She didn't know that anything had happened but I was so shaken up, so I feel like i completely understand how you feel.

    Both times I fell with Ry in his carrier, I caught myself...I think it's a mama thing, you WON'T land on your babe...
