Recommend Your Hands Free Bra

I need to buy one of these ASAP.  I can't seem to get the Medela Freestyle attachments to work, and I'm sick of typing with one hand while I pump!  =)

What kind do you recommend?  I'm a size 34E if that makes a difference.

Thanks!!

  • Google Easy Expression Bustier Hands-free Pumping Bra.

Order two! :-) It will be well worth it!

  • Before you spend $$, have you tried to hair-tie trick?

  • I used one called PumpEase Hands free nursing support that I ordered off Amazon.  I loved it because it just went over my nursing bra, so I didn't have to change bras entirely.  It worked well for me, and I am a 36E.  I did enjoy having 2 hands back so I could actually do something while pumping.

  • I just got the Simple Wishes brand from Amazon this week and am in love! Don't know why I waivered through 6wks of pumping at work without it, and the hairtie trick never worked with me. I'm now between a 36 and 38, with a DDD/F cup, and wear the XS/S/M size; it has lots of adjustment options and fits pretty comfortably/

I have this one as well and LOVE it. I don't know what I ever waited for. pumping isn't such a chore anymore.

I have the PumpEase, too.  It is great!  And I was a 34 H/I when DD was nursing more, so sizing was tough.

This. Though I had to use 2 regular rubberbands per side and tuck the bottom in my bra, but it totally worked for me.  I was a 36G when nursing.

  • Thanks everyone!  I just tried the rubber band trick and spilled milk all over myself. My bra just does not support the bottom of the funnel.
