Had my last montly checkup yesterday.....everything looks good, and during the ultrasound I was told that our little girl is already head down. I have no clue how soon they are supposed to turn, but since then, everyone I mention that to is convinced that she's now coming early.
This may sound dumb, but is the fact that she's head down in my 28th week REALLY a sign that she may come early? Or are people just losing the filter on their mouths and trying to make me nervous?
Re: 28 weeks and she's already turned?
I don't think it really means much. My baby has already turned too. And, w/my DS he also turned early (about 28/29 weeks)-he was about 2 weeks early, but I actually think they were off on his due date a little. I think the baby can still turn/flip a couple times in the next few weeks.
According to my doctors and every ultrasound I've had so far, my baby has been head down this whole time. Or at least he/she flips that way whenever I have appointments.
Ok cool....I'm not one to normally freak out over things, but I had to ask on this one, since my son was 3 weeks early, and I don't remember the dr. ever telling me if he was head down before or not.
Thanks ladies!
