nighttime hell

Please share your nap schedule for your 11-12 month old. I have moved DD to 1 nap a day; around 1pm after she sleeps until approx 9am. She is a complete ill pill come evening time, but won't nap longer than about 2 hours in the day. Isn't it time for just 1 nap?? She is waking at midnight - like clock work - crying and the only thing that consoles her is a bottle. We have CIA and after 4 hours, I gave in. I thought she was waking hungry so we increased the amt of food we're giving, to no avail. Share your experience, PLEASE! Thanks.

    I feel your pain... I just posted below about sleep training suckage. We were up from 1:30-4:30 last night fighting him. I'm at a loss.

    i still give sabrina a bottle when/if she wakes in the middle of the nigth and won't go back to sleep... because after the bottle she goes right back to sleep which to me means she's hungry. sure beats spending an hour or THREE trying to get her back down w/out a bottle.

    I agree. The bottle soothes her and she sleeps the rest of the night.
