When can uterus be felt?

Does anyone know at what point the uterus can be felt? I know it's hidden behind the pubic bone at first, but when does it grow large enough to start extending into the abdomen? I seriously can't remember from my first pregnancy. I've been trying to feel for it but I'm not certain...

mine started popping out at my 12 week appointment - my doctor felt it first and then had me feel it, not at 15 weeks it is definitely rising.

I could feel mine just above the pubic bone around 11-12 weeks. It is still there now if not a touch higher. At my m/w appt yesterday she said at 16 weeks it will be about 2 inches below the belly button and at 20 weeks behind the belly button.

I read in my book last night that it can be felt around the 14th week so I felt for mine. Sure enough, it was there! It felt like it had just started rising about the pubic bone though.

My midwife felt mine at my appointment this week (13 1/2 weeks). Mine has moved higher than normal because of the twins I'm guessing. She had me feel the ridge of it. It was about half way from my pubic bone to my belly button.

Not sure when I could have felt it, but I know I felt it a couple days ago (it was the first time I tried). I don't know if I would have known what to feel for if MH hadn't felt it first and confirmed that it was in fact my uterus.

My doc showed me how to feel for it at my 12-week appointment, it was easy to find. She also found it at my 9-week appt, so I guess you can find it that early (though she had to poke a little harder, by 12 weeks it was above my pelvic bone).

I could feel mine just above the pubic bone around 10 weeks. Now at 14 weeks it is about halfway between the pubic bone and my belly button.

I could feel it around 11/12 weeks, just like a hard ball down between my hipbones. Now, it feels much higher and is very obvious to me. I can especially tell in the morning when there is no bloating and I'm laying on my back. It seems really high, almost to my belly button by now. I'm pretty petite, though, so maybe that's why it seems so high already.

I still can't find mine.

My midwife didn't seem to have any trouble finding it at the last visit so I guess I should ask her to point it out next time. Everything pretty much just feels squishy.

I started to be able to feel it around 9 or 10 weeks.

I can feel mine just about half-way between my pubic bone and belly button too. (I'm a bit over 15 weeks) It feels hard like when you flex your abs really tight. When I touch mine I can feel it inside my uterus, it's a pretty strange feeling.

Oh yeah - I started feeling mine around 12 weeks. I asked my doctor at that appointment to show me where it was so I could tell what I was feeling for.
