Can a +opk be a sign of pregnancy?

On day cd 36 and usually start between cd34-36 no AF but feel like it's coming. cramping like crazy but goes away at times. little bit of breast tenderness. don't have a htp but had a opk and thought i heard some people have had a +opk when pregnant. Don't want to get hopes up but lines are clearly dark and equal. Plus M/C'd last time a year ago. On two years now and just sent payment in for IUI two days ago. Just need some knowledge.
