Our PBK stockings came in

First, I stinkin' LOVE them but holy hell are they giant!  I didn't expect them to be quite so big!

Second, I was pulling them out of the box getting more and more excited...Maya...new baby...Shawn...Shawn...wait a second!  They sent us two Shawn and no Shauna so I called them and the woman was horrified (like she ruined our Christmas or something) and promised that they'd get a new one in the mail today.  That is by far the best customer service that I've ever gotten.  That was a very good first experience with PBK.

    That's the one I'm going to order for DH and me.  Evan has a firetruck one from a couple years ago that coordinates with the gingham, color, etc.  Yay for great customer service!

    I really need to get Rowan one because I'm making his myself but since I've been working on it for 2 years and am still not finished, I don't think I will be anytime soon. He has this craptastic 2 dollar one that I painted on his name but it's really crappy. I'm tempted to buy this one for only $10. How long did it take for you to get it after ordering?

    I'm glad you posted this--I almost ordered them when they were 14.99.  I'm going to have my alterations shop personalize them b/c I'm sure they'll be cheaper and I know I can get it matched later if & when we have a 2nd.

    Good!!  I actually meant to bring Olivia's to the craft night in case you wanted to see the shape and size.

    We don't really *need* stockings, but I love these. Sounds like you would recommend them then?!

    BTW...I just read the reviews. People are so annoying. Almost all the negative reviews are of people complaining that they don't have certain ones from last year being offered. Seems like those reviews should go elsewhere!

    Ditto!  How can you rate something poorly because it is a different color/style than something you ordered before?  It is a different product!  Yes, I would totally recommend them.  They are very high quality and will definitely be our "forever" stockings.  I love them.

    I ordered at night on Cyber Monday and got them yesterday.
