Anyone have the Bugaboo car seat adaptor for Graco seat?

...and looking to sell it? we just got a frog as a gift and i already spent a fortune on all my City Mini accessories and hate to invest in the adaptor for the Bugaboo right now since baby will only be in this seat for a few more months. I am interested in a used one if anyone is looking to sell. Thanks.
