  okay that is huge and I went out to tinyurl site. How do I make it smaller than that..sorry sorry ladies.

  In the code somewhere, put width=200. You'll want to toy with the number until it's the right size. Mine, for example, is 250 wide.

  I usually use tinypic.com to host pictures.  When I upload, I usually choose the website/email size, and this makes it small but see-able.

  The pic is ADORABLE.  Who needs reindeer when you've got Smoke???
