don't believe all the bad things people say

seriously, there are some amazing people on here. our apartment burnt down on July 29th 2010 so one bumpie set up a donation site and raised $240 from other bumpies in ONE night, just to help us out because we lost everything. they only knew me from the bump. some people mailed us stuff for our son. one bumpie that i had met once before that lived close to us brought us multiple bags of clothes and toys, she even told her friend about what happened to us and she brought us clothes, diapers and a few high value gift cards. a few bumpies have even mailed me free stuff for my son just because they knew i would like it. there really is some amazing people here. i'm so grateful for everyone.

    Thank you for sharing that, I had a rough start yesterday and it's nice to hear that there has been so much kindness on TB. I never knew such few words could cause such an ugly, hateful, cyber bulling episode! Honestly after reading all 90 some post yesterday I understood what is like to be cyberbullied. I hope that as I continue to "lurk" and find my way through TB, I'll learn the "correct" way to pose questions and comments. Once again thank you for your kind words!

    Agreed.  I was one who added my two cents.  I really don't think it is everyone.  I have had a few very positive interactions with different people.  It is just a small group.  I know it could happen anywhere.  It happens.  GL to everyone!  After all, we are all here for the same reason.     Hey I had a rough start today myself. I really should have done my research about my question and done some "lurking" before I posted but oh well, the damage has been done. There were a few helpful ones, but only a few. I'm looking forward to posting more now that I know the ropes...GL
