I don't know. Are you within your 1st year of purchasing them? If so, send them back to bumGenius. That's what I did. I ended up getting all new 4.0s (20 of them) because I had velcro issues with all of my 3.0s. They just sent me new diapers instead of fixing them. I have no idea how you would replace that strip of loop for the velcro.

Unfortunately, no. A friend gave me 17 used ones and the velcro is nearly shot. We are going to replace the laundry tabs and hook aplix, but the front needs it too.
In a 3.0 pocket? I would think you could turn it inside out, right?
I think this would still have the same problem of needing to sew thru all layers, right?
Okay... maybe don't turn them inside out. What if you just slipped the arm of your machine into the pocket? Mine look like they have a reinforced layer of something on the inside (where the snaps are) and maybe you could sew right through that? It would just be the outer layer of PUL and whatever that reinforced layer is - not the suede cloth lining. Is my pregnant brain picturing it right?
