Annapolis Meetup??

I'm expecting my first in the Spring, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any good groups in the Annapolis area in the meantime. I would love to find a moms group prior to my little man arriving so I can learn from other mommas! Anyone have any suggstions??

    Have your tried googling mom's groups in Annapolis or look into stroller striders, they have mom's groups after they exercise some mornings.  We just moved from Annapolis and I found a mom's group where I live on the library's website, I don't know if aaco does that.  The library also has story time certain mornings and that's a great place to meet other moms.  Good Luck!

    I live in Annapolis and am due with a little boy in the spring too :)  The only group I found so far was an Annapolis Working Moms group on Meetup.com.  Haven't joined yet, was waiting till I am closer to my due date.  But I'm with you, I would love to meet other moms and learn from them.  There is an Eastport Parents Co-Op I believe too that I think "allows" Annapolis parents in.

    MRE Moms and Dads is a great group.  MREmomsanddads.com is the website.  It has a baby-sitting swap- don't know if that's what bradyg927 is referring to? 

    I went to my first MRE event before DD was born- they host a bi-annual mocktail cocktail party for moms to be.  The group has been a great resource for me.  

    Colonial Nursery School is a co-operative nursery school that is in Eastport and open to all as well.

    yes, daisyterp, that's the group I was referring to!  Thanks!  I have yet to go to anything or join, but that's good to know they have something for moms to be.  I don't know anyone else pregnant right now :(

    I joined the Annapolis Hip Mammas group on meetup.com and the moms on there are great!  Welcome to the area!
