  I'm with you. I don't think I'd feel guilty or have to explain anything either way, but it sure is nice to have my own paycheck. And think about the simple fact that you can go shoe shopping alone during the day!

  It's funny because I do feel guilty when I shop for myself and I feel like I should be spending the money on the house or putting it in savings.  So I can't imagine what I'd feel like if I didn't have a paycheck.

  Agreed! I am planning our our next vacation and can't imagine having to cut expenses or worry what DH would think of me spending all his money. We share our expenses and all of our life.

  About once a week, I will go to the mall on my lunch break.  I love it going by myself and sometimes just walking around or I will do errands.  In either case, I just like having time to myself.
