Naked phase

Is there a naked phase for toddlers?  Matt HATES putting on clothes.  He loves to be naked and runs around the house laughing when we take his clothes off.

If it wasn't cold out I wouldn't be in a rush to get him dressed but the house can be cold - especially in the morning. Still it is very cute.

    I somehow thought it was later?around age 2 or so.  But I guess Matt is an early streaker.

    I was a mother's helper for my neighbor across the street when I was around 11.  She'd pay me a little for helping keep an eye on her girls (who I later babysat as a teenager). I remember her younger daughter was around 2 then and she ran out of the house?buck naked?after a bath. Thankfully it was the Summer (unlike Pepper's nude snow party).

    We called her "The Lone Streaker". LOL

    Mikey's a pretty big fan of the nekkidness. He always takes his short off, and his pants if he can. And there's always a few minutes before bath time when he runs around naked and giggling.

    Orchid is a fan of nakey time too. Ari likes to chill in his underpants, but he graduated to that stage...I thought for sure he would be chillin in kindergarten in just his socks! phhhhew!

    I've heard many stories about people having to duct tape their kids diapers on to keep them from taking them off during their stripping phase. So yeah, it's pretty common.

    My boys love running around naked or sometimes in just their underwear.  It is really embarrassing when someone comes to the door & it's freezing out & my kids are just hanging in their underpants ; ) 

    Keegan would just pee all over the place, so he won't be diaper free until he get's potty trained!

    Hehehe - too funny!  Now I have pictures of little toddlers running around houses all over the country in their birthday suites  - with frantic moms running after them with clothes.

    Margaux likes to put clothes ON.  Hats, usually, even if it's not actually a hat.  Yesterday she was hanging out with a pair of purple rufflebutts on her head, saying "Hat. hat. hat. hat. hat." and patting her head occasionally.
