I know this is a stretch but i would like to use the knowledge of this group to help me from losing my mind. I know what im looking for but could use some direction from those of you who know the stroller market well..
what i would like is....
I love the way the uppa baby and the bumbleride look but i hate the wheels that can go flat on the bumble ride
i love the vista because you can add the rumble seat for your next child but i dont see a carseat option?
i would love something like them but for less money!!!
any suggestions?

Re: If you know the stroller market.....help me!
well, the bob revolution is a great jogger/walker/any weather/any surface/shopper and it is weighted to 65 lbs. and has a car seat attachment that fits graco carseats and another brand (i don't remember which). we have used it for about 15 miles/wk for more than two years and it still looks almost new and i ADORE it.
but it doesn't have a second child option. i had read so many posts about peoples' first child being too big to want to ride in the stroller by the time that they had their second that i wasn't too worried about it. now, i kind of figure that when the new babe comes, i will put my three year old in the bob if i want to go anywhere and just wear the new babe in the ergo or moby wrap.
you can check out the bobs on the rei.com site.

Yep, you can use a carseat w/ a Vista! You just use the carseat attachment on the frame itself, and off you go. Super easy.
But if you want the option to run/light jog, I might look into a Phil and Teds--doubles kit option, use w/ carseat, can run w/, etc.

We're deciding between the Uppa Baby Vista vs. the BOB. The only thing I don't like about the Uppa Baby is it's not really a jogging stroller. Other than that, it's got everything - basinet, front or rear facing, car seat adapter, rumble seat, etc.
My dirty confession: I think I might get both
Side note: officially it says the Britax & Peg Perego, but we have the Chicco Keyfit & it fits snuggly and safely with the infant seat adapter. I used it many times for trail running when DS was an infant.
We currently have 3 different strollers {Bob SU; Chicco Travel System; Jeep Umbrella} but with LO#2 on the way, I'd give all 3 away just for my stroller wish now... the Duallie!
The Baby Blog.
I *think* baby jogger has something you are looking for too... I think they have a model that a second seat can clip onto.
We got the best advice from going to a few different stroller store (And I dont mean BRU, I mean actual stroller stores where people specalize(sp) in strollers). We learned so much more from trying, looking, touching, than any online reasearch could ever give us. I also say go to a couple stores because each store will try to sell you the brands they carry of course.
I totally thought I wanted a 3 wheeler Baby Jogger, and when I saw them in person, I didn't like the storage compartment, and I found 3 wheels too 'tippy' for me. I preferred how secure the 4 wheel all-terrain strollers felt. We ended up buying a brand I hadn't even considered.
True, the Vista isn't technically a running stroller, but meets your other requirements. You have a buy a car seat adapter, it does not come with one (just the bassinet).
If you are a serious runner, I say the BOB is the way to go (not sure about fitting in the Civic, though -- that effer is huge).
Not a 4-wheel stroller, but the BabyJogger City Select will let you add a seat for the next child and is a great stroller: https://www.amazon.com/Baby-Jogger-Select-Single-Stroller/dp/B00318CM5Y/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1291787185&sr=8-1
I'm a loyal BabyJogger fan in general.
There is no perfect stroller, sadly
I heart you!
this is what i end up doing often..... buying both.... and staynoig quiet! hahahaha
