Sorry to be trying to sell something... I bought these 94 days ago at Target, and they're telling me they cannot accept them as a return since they're older than 90 days. Seriously. Ugh.
Anyway, I bought them for Paige's big girl room, but I changed my mind. I'm just not feeling the pink and green anymore.
Everything is twin size. Brand new. Been sitting in her closet for 94 days.

Sheet Set (I bought 2)
Owl Pillow
Wall Decals (they only sell them in the store)
Wall Art - Plus one more cute canvas piece with birds and mushrooms that I can't find online - they're the exact same size.
I paid just over $150 for all of the pieces, but I'd take any reasonable offer!
Personally, I'm irked that they won't take them back. I mean, they still carry them in the store.
Anyway... I totally hate to try to sell something on here, but I figured I'd try here before I ventured out to Craigslist or Ebay.

I loved it, but now I'm thinking about doing PBK's Katherine. I mean, I'd have to buy it on Ebay since it's not available through PBK anymore. I'm just loving light purple for Paige. She is SO not pink.
Yeah, I thought about pulling a "I don't have a receipt" and seeing what they would do. I mean, seriously, I'd take store credit. But I googled it and it sounds like most Target stores won't take returns without receipts anymore. Boo.
I would totally try. Do you have a different Target nearby?
I've returned two things recently with no receipt, and as long as you have the card used to buy the item, they can look it up. I'm guessing they'll still see that you purchased it more than 90 days ago, but it's worth a try!
Yeah, if it's over the 90 days, there's no way to just get your money back. Couple options:
1) Without a receipt, you can return up to $70 per year per driver's license. You'll get in store credit and if it's been on sale in the last 90 days, you'll get the sale price regardless of what you paid for it. They have no way to adjust the price. So, you'd need multiple people if you have $150 worth of items.
2) You can register for the second baby and put all of this on the registry. Then just go in and print off your "Gift Log" from the registry kiosk. You can use your registry instead of your license and return more I think. If the item is purchased off of the registry, it will show up on the purchase log. Since these things won't show up on the purchase log, you'll have to take your chances and see if they will still return them. That totally depends on the person behind the desk. We had been given two of one item and it only showed up on our purchased log once. They gave us the credit, but it wasn't that much money.
As long as it's on your registry, I've been told you can return it. You can also change your registry online to mark what you've received. If they carry those things online, you wouldn't even have to register in store.
Did you ask for a manager? I had the same thing happen with an item, and she let me return it.
That's crazy that they won't let you return it especially when it's still on the shelves and you have a receipt so obviously you bought it. Ugh! That's frustrating.
I absolutely love that set and would love to commit to buying it from you, but we aren't quite ready to transition Mady to a "big girl" bed yet and don't know what we are going to do regarding the size of her bed. We're not sure if we're going to buy a bedroom set for her or turn the crib into a full. =(
I hope you can figure out a way to return in through another Target or find someway to sell it.

I hadn't seen the Katherine, but I *love* it. The colors are fun and girly without being over the top pink. Call over to the outlet near Cincinnati every once in a while. I've done that a couple times and have actually had really helpful associates that will let you know if they think they'll get an item.
If I didn't have just about all of it, I totally would. FWIW, that line goes for good prices on ebay. Especially the wall decals. You can definitely mark them up and make some money on it and say screw you to Target for not giving your money back to you.
Although, it all looks really cute in a room if you decide to keep it. I love the way Ellie's room turned out!
