Trouble TTC

F/U to my 2 week spotting issue

I called the RE and the nurse asked me what my normal AF is like. Since the 1st day is normally light & the 2nd is when it picks up, she told me to call on CD2 ( since it's hard to distinguish between the spotting vs. light AF ).

So, anyways, is it normal to have clots when you spot? Of couse it happened after I got off the phone with the nurse, but when I went to the bathroom & wiped, there was a bunch of small clots. Maybe this is a sign of AF starting? Maybe this is something else? Am I crazy ? Stick out tongue Thoughts?

This is a P&R ,as I'm going out for lunch ,but I'll check back when I get back.

Re: F/U to my 2 week spotting issue

  • I have this sometimes with brown spotting before AF (like right now)...it's like little pieces of tissue or teeny tiny clots. Since we both seem to suffer from this I'm going to call this normalWink

  • I too would call it normal. I had been spotting on and off for a week and a half, currently its off lol but when it was on it went from light to clots and then light and then a clot or two. Since it never got too red and never got heavier, i still considered it spotting. And now since there are three of us with this experience, im def calling it normal Stick out tongue

  • I get that sometimes with spotting. I think that is normal. If you continue to get it through the day and are concerned, I would call the nurse back =)
