video sharing site that is private?

I need something that will share a fairly large video file but preferably not with all of the internet. We need something where we can ideally just send a link and not have to have a FB profile, or do some lengthy sign up.

you can make a video private on youtube, either limited to 25 people or with a private URL (unlisted)

I have used photobucket, but not sure how lengthy they can be since I have just done video that are less than a min long.

I've used vimeo in the past and you can put a password on there for people to enter.
