A new hot-bed of gray hairs

Just found it. Still, all those little bastards are right outside of where I can easily see them to pluck them out.

I always envisioned myself as growing older gracefully. You know, accepting the physical changes that come. Now that it's happening? My instinct is to fight it tooth-and-nail.

  • I have been coloring my hair since my twenties.  If it makes you feel good to color it I say go for it!

I stopped coloring my hair after we got married in 07. It's not even gray anymore- but WHITE.

  • I dye.  Dye is my friend.  Because my hair, like superaunt's, is white (at least half of it).

  • Boo. I can sympathize. I recently gave up plucking for frequent coloring. I'm not as brave as Peppernut.
  • I feel your pain. I have tons of them. No one believes me until they get up close (cause I'm blonde). Then they go, "Holy sh!t, they are everywhere!" I have highlights that are fading. Not sure when I will go all the way and color. I am so lazy about my hair - I don't want the upkeep!

  • Mine's pretty darned white.  I don't mind it, when I am reasonably-rested and clean it looks pretty nice.  The trouble is when I am tired and need a bath I look 90 years old.  :(
