Appointment update

Mr. Nugget and my cord are perfect. I cried when she said that he weighs 2lbs 6oz. He's 6 oz bigger than Aidan was. I knew he would be bigger than him, but it still made me cry. Then we listened to the blood flow through the cord and I lost it. It was such a sweet sound. He passed this NST with flying colors and my dr was very impressed with how active he is at this "age."

I was terrified before the appointment, like crying in the car. So I asked Aidan to help me calm down. As I was walking towards the elevator, I saw my grief counselor. She just held me while I cried and then we prayed. I'm so glad I have Aidan looking out for me.

I'm so happy to hear your appt went well and that Aidan is looking out for you, his dad and Nugget.

This is really random, but I find the timing interesting. I thought of you and your family this evening, maybe 2 hours ago. We were walking back to our car from the grocery and there was this large green van with "Big Nugget" written on the side. I was hoping the coincidence meant good things for you. I debated whether or not to page you or leave a message on your blog, but this gave the opportunity.
